As a global competitor with a primary focus in the replacement tire industry, Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, together with its affiliates, subsidiaries and joint ventures, has manufacturing facilities on three continents, and sales and distribution networks around the world. Tires are developed and designed at the company's technical centers in Findlay, Ohio; Melksham, England; and Shanghai, China. The Cooper Tire & Vehicle Test Center in San Antonio, Texas, is a world class test facility where Cooper products are evaluated and refined to ensure that our tires deliver maximum performance on or off the road.
